HOAD, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Elkhorn Holdings, Inc. and is a sister company to Eagle Pipeline Construction, Inc. of Kennedale, TX, and Elkhorn Construction, Inc. of Evanston, Wyoming. HOAD, Inc. also has an operating division, HOAD Industrial Services , located in Fort Lupton,Colorado.
